Finding Your Perfect NoMark Fit
We understand that finding the right fit for your body is a journey, and sometimes it takes a try to get it right. We're here to guide you through it.
While we are happy to help you find the correct size, please understand that we must uphold very strict hygiene requirements for all intimate garments.
We can only accept exchanges for items that are completely unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. The original zip-up bag must be fully sealed, and the hygiene liner must be entirely undisturbed.
Trying Them For Fit: If you're uncertain about sizing due to the compressive design, we kindly ask that you try them on over your own clean underwear. This simple action helps us all maintain a respectful and clean standard.
Our team is dedicated to inspecting each returned item to ensure these hygiene standards are met. We respect your choice to find your best fit, but please note that we do reserve the right to refuse an exchange if an item does not meet these requirements. Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Sharing the Journey (Shipping): To keep our pricing sustainable and fair for all, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending the new size. We recommend purchasing a new shipping label for the return trip to ensure its safe arrival.
The following shipping fees apply for sending out the new size:

Note: In the quiet event that we have sent you the incorrect size, or if your garment is damaged, we will gladly cover all associated shipping costs. Simply return the original item to us, and we will immediately ship your free replacement.
